Welcome to our site! Here you'll find the latest pictures and news about Union Lutheran Church, Schnecksville, PA Disaster Relief Mission Trips. Each year our skilled teams will spend a week in an area that needs assistance. The above team pictures are from Greensburg, Kansas -Town destroyed by Class 5 Tornado, Biloxi, Mississippi - Hurrincane Katrina, and Hammond, Indiana - Flooding.
2012 TRIP - The team has plans to rebuild home damaged or destroyed by flooding in Northern Pennsylvania sometime in late April, 2012. Lodging will be at Bear Creek. Jeff Metzger is coordinating - more information to follow.

Journeymen Paint Gym at Veterans Sanctuary - 4/28/12
The Journeymen held their Men's Retreat at the Veterans Sanctuary in Allentown, PA and as a Service Project painted the gym. See Photo Album
Glen Crest Trailer Repairs for Low Income Family
10 Volunteers from ULC did community service on 2 homes in Glen Crest Moble Home Community (just North of Neffs) on Saturday morning 9/10/11 just after our Journeymen's monthly breakfast a Suzies. See the two pictures albums - Before and After.
Bailey House Fire - 3/30/11 - Fundraiser and Support
The Journeymen and Church DR team is looking into ways to provide assistance to the Bailey Family, our own active church member and a single mom with a family of four. Their home was destroyed by fire Wednesday 3/30/11. Here is a link to a video of the fire -

The Journeymen are conducting a Hoagie Sale as a fundraiser for the family. Please buy and sell hoagies. Order by 4/14 and pick up in the Church Family Life Center on Wednesday 4/20 between 5:30PM and 6:30PM.
