Welcome Home to No. 109

No. 109 is located in Uptown Dallas on the Katy Trail at Carlisle and Bowen Streets.  There's no better location to experience what living in Uptown Dallas is all about.

So much of Uptown Dallas is just steps from your door.  The Katy Trail is right there, and you'll have gated access to the bike and jogging paths.  The McKinney Trolley is one block away and will take you to the Arts District or downtown old-style-clickety-clack-clang-clang for free.  The downtown No. 021 and Love Field DART bus stops on the corner of Carlisle and Bowen Streets...no problem.

West Village is just a two-block walk away...not to mention Turtle Creek and Lee Park and all the great restaurants and hang-outs on McKinney at Hall.  Albertson's and Your Neighborhood Walmart are in walking distance, and you can spot celebrities at Mark Cuban's Magnolia Theatre in West Village.

The Madi Museum is across the street, Frank Lloyd Wright's iconic Dallas Theater Center is four blocks up Turtle Creek, and at City Place Station DART light rail will whisk you to Northpark Center or Fair Park or the Dallas Zoo.  You'll find Turtle Creek Terrace is the perfect location for enjoying Dallas life without having to take a freeway.  But if you do have the need for speed, the Dallas freeway system is only a five minute access in any direction.

So much for location...what about No. 109?  'A two story condo with 1,100 square feet of space overlooking a lush courtyard shaded by an old-growth hickory tree.  'Two master suites upstairs, each with a full bath.  'Tons of closet storage...one bedroom walk-in closet is ginormous!  The bedrooms each have sliding doors and Juliette balconies!  It's all electric and your rent includes hot water, so don't worry about lingering in the shower or running the dishwasher 1/2 full.

The full size kitchen sports granite-look counter tops, a stainless double sink, ceramic tile floors and a ceiling fan.  New appliances include a range, dishwasher, a full-size fridge with ice maker and a functional vent hood.  The sunken living room has plenty of natural light, and a cool retro spiral staircase leads upstairs.  Track lighting gives the living and dining areas a new dimension, while the first floor stack laundry and half bath are really convenient.

The complex is gated with camera security, and generous secured parking is within a few feet of your door.  We have a pool and a clubhouse for blow-out birthday parties just a few steps away.  The grounds are nicely maintained as are the buildings...our resident HOA sees to that.

So welcome home to No. 109!
