Stingray Swim Team: Is Vashon Athletic Clubs Competitive Team. Our amazing group of swim coaches are highly dedicated and very talented in training our young athletes into what it takes to swim competitively. Within the scope of this competitive training the coaches always have their sites on the big picture. What the kids learn here goes with them for a life time. Practicing the science of stroke technique, they will have the understanding to strengthen their bodies through swimming long after having a coach on deck with them. Our hopes are to build the next generation of athletes, instructors, coaches, lifeguards and a love for swimming.
Practices are: Mon/Wed/Fri 2:45 - 3:45 and 3:45 to 4:45
Tues/Thurs 2:00 - 3:00 and 3:00 to 4:00
