Vdara Hotel & Spa - vdarahotelspa

The Vdara is an all suite hotel located in what is called City Center pretty much in the center of the Las Vegas Strip. It first opened in December of 2009. The Vdara is a very quiet hotel. There is not much activity in the public areas or at the pool. It does NOT have a restaurant or a casino but the restaurants and casino at the Aria are only a 5 minute walk away. The hotel is very modern inside and out. We were told that the hotel appeals to families and business men who need to stay for extended periods. The pool area is very modest but nice... a good quiet place to read a book in the sun.

We did not actual stay here but we did get an escorted tour of several rooms. All rooms we toured were very nice, modern and above average in size.

This hotel is in a good location next to the Aria. The Monte Carlo and the Bellagio are about a 10 minute walk away. People looking for a lively fun atmosphere would probably prefer a different hotel but if you like a quiet, suite hotel with a kitchen for preparing some of your own meals then this would be an excellent choice.
