I loved Winkin', Blinkin', and Nod. They were one of most favorite litters and they all got great homes! I miss them sooo much!

I love all the babies that come into our adoption program, but the two babies that I will always remember will chica from ckvc, and sally from vmc/ckvc. Both had wonderful personalities, and stole a very big piece of my heart.

Rambo was returned...one of the other dogs in the house did not like him:(

Rambo was adopted by veterinarians that work with us!  He will be buddy with Gina, who used to be Bella:)

Oliver went to a wonderful home with a couple who normally bring their pets to Crabapple Knoll. He will join their current female cat. Let's hope for a happy ending!

Trece went home with one of our employees, Monica, who said she was so much more affectionate at the house. That's great news!

They were each adopted seperately this past week to very good and loving homes:)

We had a great day today! Knowing that this is our first adoption day at VMC, we have met some wonderful people in the surrounding community and can't wait to keep this program going! Despite the scorching sun, our strays gave it their all and we couldn't have been prouder of them! Big thanks goes out to the staff at Veterinary Medical Center for helping us out throughout the day! Many thanks to our faithful sponsors and volunteers that came out today. In fact, a couple of our volunteers went back to Crabapple Knoll to adopt Regina and Spice. Aren't we so lucky to have them? Have a wonderful weekend! Pictures to come soon!

Stanley, who was so new he hasn't yet been pictured on this site was adopted at CKVC's adoption day today!!

Julio got a little stressed about going to his new home and instead of giving him to full 2 weeks to see if he would acclimate the adoptive parent brought him back after only one night:(  Poor Julio...he's such a sweet guy and he's been fostered by one of our Vets who says he did great at her house.

The people who adopted her did not check with their HOA first...I really wish people would do their homework before adopting a living being!

Amazingly, Julio and Lola were adopted right before adoption day!!  So awesome:)

Lilly found a great new home today with a client of ours who recently lost both of his dogs to illness and old age. We are very happy for them both!

Last week Frankie found a great home with a nice couple who live in Cumming and saw him on petfinder.

Angel found her new home with a wonderful family who saw her at Second Chance's adoption day on Saturday.

Bolt's new owner picked him up at VMC on Sunday after seeing him on petfinder. She already loves him and is hoping he and her current dog will love each other as well!

A nice young couple saw Cappy and Java on Petfinder and came to adopt them:)  They will be bringing these two beauties back to VMC for the remainder of their vet care!!

MJ was adopted by one of VMC's employees:)  We have plenty more kittens available...pictures to come soon!!

We are sad to share that Riddick was euthanized tonight due to his poor medical condition.  He was an amazing dog and will be missed greatly by all the VMC and CKVC staff:(

Laverne was adopted yesterday!!

Rave was adopted by friends of one of our Veterinarians today:)  Go Rave!

The staff at Crabapple Knoll Veterinary Clinic fell in love with Diesel, Flash and Angel on Be Mine Adoption Day and requested that we keep them over there so they can be a part of the sponsorship program!!  They are still for adoption and we would be happy to transport them back to VMC if at anytime someone is interested in adopting:)

Both of these kittens were adopted yesterday at Be Mine Adoption Day event!!

Snookie and J. Woww were adopted...only 3 kittens left!!

We heard back from Cassidy's new family and he is doing great and they just love him. He now has two young boys to play with!

Frosty's new name is Fiona and her new owner said she is a perfect fit in her new home!

Frosty was adopted on Saturday to a nice family who are now calling her Fiona!!

Cassidy was adopted by clients of Crabapple Knoll Vet Clinic today!! 

Angel kept getting loose from the previous owner so she has been returned.  She will need a home that can keep her contained better. She is such a sweetie!

Lola was adopted by clients from Crabapple Knoll!!

Louis got adopted on Sunday! Two down and two to go:-)

Hewitt and Tami were taken to a farm in Tennessee where they will enjoy freedom to roam around and do as they like...these girls were not very social and will appreciate this.  A big thanks to Josh for securing this home for them:)

Ethel is a kitten that came in to us less than a week ago. She got adopted yesterday before we even had a chance to post a picture:-) She is so cute and sweet and now she has a really good home.

We had 3 kittens get adopted this week.  We are so excited for them to go to wonderful family homes.  We wish them the best of luck and happiness!

Thanks to all who helped out and invited friends to come! Unfortunately, we did not adopt out any pets yesterday but we had 2 families who are interested in Shaz. We also adopted out 2 of our kittens the week prior to adoption day. Keep sending your friends our way to check out the wonderful pets we have:-)

We adopted out 6 pets today at our sister clinic Crabapple Knoll Veterinary Clinic today.  Also, Sloan who is pictured on this site is on home trial this weekend and hopefully they will love her and keep her!  Thanks for your support!!!

Sid
Sid is a super sweet and affectionate cat that was left on our front door step. He is healthy and current on vaccines. He occasionally will give little love bites. He is a handsome kitty with beautiful blue eyes.

Doc
1.5 year old Lab/Pointer mix, heartworm negative, fully vetted.  Really nice dog, likes the ladies and his best friend is Rambo so he plays well with other dogs!

Deacon is a 9 year old lab mix whose owner passed away. He is looking for a home to spend his last years at. He is a nice dog and would make a great companion.

Dilbert
Dilbert is male, neutered, approximately 5 years old. He is very sweet and a little shy but he does like to play:-)

Cadel
Cadel is approx 5 yr old male neutered cat who is declawed on all four paws. He was found outside with no ID or microchip. He is healthy and sweet and needs to be an indoor only cat.

Momma
Momma has been the clinic mascot for many years now...she came to us with a litter of puppies which we adopted out but Momma is ours to keep:) We love her presence and she is really laid back!

Lilly
Lilly was brought in by her brand new owner and was very sick with parvo. Due to financial constraints her owner was unable to care for her and decided to place her in our adoption program. She has been nursed back to health and is now ready for adoption. She is approx 11 weeks old and very sweet. She also has the softest fur and loves to give hugs. Lilly was adopted today by a great client of ours!

This is Pepper after a few weeks of treatment and a much needed hair cut, compliments of our wonderful groomer, Missy. He is energetic and sweet. He needs a new owner that not only wants a good companion but is willing to take on his illnesses as well.

6 year old male neutered cat, super sweet. He was really nervous when he first came to us and now all he wants to do is sit in your lap and receive a good petting or brushing. Fully vetted.

She is very shy but sweet! She is fully vaccinated.

This is Donald. He is super sweet and cute. He is approx 4months old and healthy. He will be getting neutered this week and is due for one more set of boosters in 2 weeks.

Lola
She is a 4 year old lab mix and very very sweet. I have taken her home a couple times...she is housebroken, walks on a leash well and is great with other dogs and cats. she came to us with a torn cruciate which we fixed and just finished the immiticide treatment for heart worms. She will be a wonderful pet to someone and is pretty low maintenance inside a house.

Gypsy
8 month old female spayed Labrador/Border collie mix. Energetic, fun and playful! Stair phobic. Needs work with house training and potty training. Great with kids! Fully vetted.

Cassidy is a 1 year old, neutered male, cavachon (Cavalier/Bichon mix). He's very energetic and will need some socialization but would make great pet. He is healthy and up to date on all his vaccines.

10 month old female spayed and front declawed cat. This was one of Samantha's kittens who was returned for walking on counters. She is healthy and fully vetted. Very nice cat:)
