Rental Details

$1000 Security/Damage deposit required – refunded if the Beach House is left as neat or neater than found and isn’t damaged.

 50% reservation deposit required – refundable if ample notice is given to re-rent the Beach House – final deposit due two weeks prior to rental. Upon receipt I will mail the keys and an envelope to facilitate their return.

 Rental does not include bed linens and towels. The third floor has 3 bedrooms each with a set of twins. The second floor has three bedrooms – 2 with full beds and one with two full beds. The first floor has one bedroom with a full bed.

Rental Rates (2010)  $4800/week summer; $3800/week late June/late Aug; $2400/week, $2000 weekend off season.
