Bellaire Playoff Seeding Game

The Co-District Champions of District 20 5a took the field Monday night at Butler stadium to determine the seeding for the playoffs. This game lived up to what every good high school baseball game should be!

Westside rallied back early from a 2 – 0 deficit to tie the score, after a couple of Bellaire errors the Wolves were ahead 4 – 2. Belaire once again got 2 runs to tie the game in the 5^th and that is how the score would stand until the bottom of the tenth inning. Bellaire eventually scored the winning run on a passed ball.

The wolves battled until the very end and left EVERYTHING they had on the field Monday night against the cardinals.

Westside will now open up the playoffs against Humble Friday evening with a best of 3 series. Games one and 2 will be at Humble 4pm and 30 min after the end of game one game two will start. Game 3 “if necessary” will be at Butler stadium Saturday at 7pm. We will see you there!!
