Smoky Bear Museum & Burial Ground
Hondo, NM. Site of original (actual) bear that became icon of forest fire safety. Since a bear is my totem, and with my park ranger history, Catherine thought this shot was a good idea. We actually enjoyed the lovely grounds and museum.

Chabad (international orthodox Jewish organization doing outreach to all Jews) chatted with me on the street, invited me to attend their Passover Seder. When they learned I would not be in Santa Fe for Passover, they gave me a box of handmade-in-Israel matzo to celebrate "A happy, kosher Pesach where ever you are".
We shared the matzo with Isabelle & Steve, in Denver.

The Morrison Formation (geologic designation in Mesozoic Era) in which dinosaur Coelophysis was first discovered, on Ghost Ranch. Coelophysis is small carnivorous species, in group ancestral to birds!
This is a big deal for us Dino-buffs!
