February 2012
Dear Vendor:
The Whitmore Volunteer Fire Company will host a Mountain Fair on Saturday, May 19, 2012. The Whitmore community is located approximately 30 miles east of in the beautiful foothills of . Funding for this all-volunteer organization comes in large part through donations and events, and the is one of the main fund-raising events of the year.
Our annual Mountain Fair has been growing over the past few years to include a parade, raffles, car and bike show, wide variety of vendors, food booths, special entertainment, activities for adults and children throughout the day. Each year our fair has grown and we hope this year will be no exception.
The Mountain Fair committee invites you to participate. Space rental is only $25 ( $15 for nonprofit vendors) for the day for a space at least 12’ x 12”. Vendors are expected to provide tables, chairs, and canopy, if desired. The grounds will be well groomed with easy access to each space for set up. This year the layout of the park will have the vendors in front, with the food services at the back. This will allow maximum exposure for each vendor.
We hope you will be able to join us for the Mountain Fair. Please reserve your space by May 1. If you have any questions, feel free to call me at (530) 472-1471.
Sincerely,
Jerri Johnson
