Wide Open Spaces - Alaska 2009 - College Fjord

Cruising College Fjord Notes

Sunday dawned a cold and rainy day.  We were scheduled to cruise College Fjord from 6 am to 9 am, so I requested a 5:30 wakeup call.  Well, one step on the balcony and we decide to put on the flannel Pj's!  So, we've got some lovely photos of Jamie and Kay in Pj's and full winter gear... :)  Linda was inside where it's warm.  Our actual pictures of College Fjord are not that great because of the rain and mist but after the great weather we had during the trip so far, who could complain, we were in Alaska!

After College Fjord, we showered and set about exploring the ship.  Had lunch in the International Dining Room with some folks from the roll call on the Cruise Critic website.  It was fun meeting everyone!  We spent the remainder of the afternoon hanging out... ok, it was nap-time! 

It was formal night, so we dressed up for dinner and later went to a musical show.  We had a very nice evening.  With the 3 hour time difference, we were back in the room by 10:00.  Party Animals!!!
