During the crossing of Hecate Strait and Queen Charlotte Sound (open ocean), we had very rough seas. Naturally, the only one of our group badly affected was me. I basically had to stay horizontal until about 3:00 in the afternoon. Luckily, we had applied new seasick patches the night before. Kay and Linda were very nice and did not take any pictures of me while I was green.
They now deeply regret not documenting this....... strictly for blackmail purposes.......
After entering Queen Charlotte Strait, the seas calmed and we were able to spend the remainder of the day on the balcony and forced ourselves to pack for our return to reality.
