Re: Final plans for the Lake michigen Tour.
I posted this for Kurt........To all who are going on the Lake ride in June. I have reserved a Yurt at the Wagontrail campground. It will sleep 4 adults comfortably. Unfortunatly this is filled already. If anyone else is interested in staying at the campground, there is also a camper cabin available that sleeps up to 6 adults or two tent sights still available. Please call the campground or the hotel of your choice to secure your reservation ASAP. Door county is going to be busy this summer! see you in June!! Any questions feel free to contact me by phone or e-mail.

Remember there is a helmet law in Michigan and it states
,

In Michigan, the law requires that all riders younger than 21 years wear helmets, without exception. Those 21 years and older may ride without helmets only if they carry additional insurance and have passed a motorcycle safety course or have had their motorcycle endorsement for at least two years. Motorcycle passengers who want to exercise this option also must be 21 or older and carry additional insurance.

>>>>>We have a update on the Michigan Helmet Law. If you reside in Wisconsin and have insurance for your bike you can ride without a helmet in Michigan.<<<<<<

Lake Michigan Tour
Hey everyone...  We are in the final planning stages for the ride so if your planning on going please meet up on April 14  (see calender) for more info. We need at least 15 people to get a group discount on the ferry whether we take the Lake Express (2hrs to cross but more expensive) or the SS. Badger (4hrs to cross). Pass the word out to all your friends that ride that may want to go.... 73s  John
