The Wrentham Cultural Council (WCC) is the local branch of the Massachusetts Cultural Council.  Members of the WCC are appointed by the Board of Selectmen and are responsible for reviewing and awarding grants for programs with funds received from the Massachusetts Cultural Council.

The WCC also plans exhibits and events at the Old Fiske Museum where they have a gallery and office space. They share the Old Fiske Museum facility with the Wrentham Historical Commission.
