Hi Shannon, I finally went thru the Disney pictures, they're great! Look slike ya'll had a ton of fun :) I love it. Hopefully your Gram is doing well and things are working out for her. I checked out your new books today and loved them. The travel template is awesome and you did great with it. I'm headed to do a quick meet and greet with Tammy in about 30 minutes, can't wait. Who knows I may pop up in NY sometime. I really want to see NY during Christmas, I was hoping for this year but it's not going to work out. Maybe next year I can hook up with you and Joanne, that would be too fun. Or if you're going to Indiana I could go there and meet up with you and Connie, toooooo fun :)

Glad to hear Halloween was fun, I think passin out candy is pretty fun :) I didn't get many pictures of Kyleigh she was back with her Mom for Halloween. But we made the haunted house and trick or treated at the Bass Pro Shop, she loves that place :) I uploaded pictures to my computer tonight so hopefully by tomorrow I'll have them posted to my site :) San Francisco and Halloween.

Yes the coats and hats are out down here also. I miss the warm weather. True Thanksgiving and Christmas are wonderful but I just hate the cold. We don't get many trick or treaters anymore. It has slowed down in the past 5 years or so. What will Brady dress up as this year? Have fun and take photos.
I've been meaning to ask, How is your grandmother? Is she feeling fine these days? I wish her all the best. I can see from the header photos you had some really good times on your Florida vacation. That is great. I'll be back to explore some more.

I had to comment about you saying how quickly Jarrett was changing from a young man from a little boy. I know this makes you think about Brady and it should......it goes so, so fast. I can remember Jarrett when he was Brady's age like it was just yesterday. Cherish every single moment every single day!

Kyleigh and I got postcards the other night, woohoo!! Love them. One of them said ya'll were going to be at Disney on the 13th!! That sounds sooo fun! I hope ya'll had an awesome time!! What kid doesn't want to go to Disney?!
Brady got a camera! I love that! Seriously the digital world is an incredible place for the kids :) I hope he has a passion for it that grows and grows!!
Love the apples, the changes to the scenery page, it's looking very fall like that. Way different than that 100 degree stuff in Florida. It has been in the 60's to 80's here, raining and humid. Very uncharacteristic for this area.
I looked at the fall pictures anf the Hall of Fame too, very cool!! So many great pictures!!

We had a meeting in Vegas in 2006, 6 of us gals from work went and so did the doc. We all got together one night and went to Studio 54, bunch of goobers going to Studio 54 :):) but by the nights end we had people dancing with us. I met sooo many fun people. Never left the dance floor, it was soooo fun :):) We didn't get back to our rooms til 4 or so in the morning. This music makes me think of it. I danced my a** off and had my camera too!! It got passed around and I had some of the best pictures because my non-dancing co-workers had the camera :):) Great fun, I love music. Even though I am a big gal I can not hear music and sit still :) I don't care I dance baby dance!!!!

Shannon, I wish I knew how to digi scrap. I still do traditional scrapbooking on occasion. But thanks to Shutterfly I rather make a photo book. I would have to take a class and see it first hand... step by step on how it works. I am always amazed on how some people make their digi scrapbooking look so amazing.
Good luck to Tom on his job hunting. I sure hope he finds a job that he can be happy with and soon. Plus earning a paycheck can make anyone feel good. Let me know the good news when he finds something. It has to happen not only for Tom but for so many other Americans searching to earn a living.

Hi Shannon, we took Kyleigh to Bass Pro Shop late yesterday and it was so fun with her. This is the first time she was pointing and calling things fish and bear :) It was so fun!! I took pictures with my iPhone because I was soooo darn tired, I just did not have the strength for my big camera. After I took the pictures I instantly regretted it, man they would have been soooo much better. Maybe nice time. I rarely ever am so tire that I say no I don't want to take my camera :( I slept in the truck on the drive home, Kyleigh too :) :)
Yep! Junior has had two good races in a row!! But he is out of the chase officially, the numbers have already been done. He will be using the remainder of the year to gel with his crew chief and team. Kyle won but he's still just outside the chase too. Not sure he'll make it. Bummer for me, I may not have anyone to scream for during the chase. I'm almost as sick of Martin and I am of Johnson. It seems like this year has been endless, so many up and down races. Gordon had a really bad day, but he is in the chase :)
It's been raining here on and off alot lately, that's not the norm for Texas. We had a big bad storm blow thru on Friday. Lots of wind. Lots of tree limbs in the front yard. Tore the flag pole off the holder and now I need a new one for my flag.

It must really cool off there fast, it will be hot here well into the holidays. Maybe not the water at the lakes but you will still be able to do many, many outdoor activities. Change of season is something I have always wanted, I realize what a burden the snow must be for you though. I'm on call this weekend and so far I have been hosed, geez I'll be workign til at 11am tomorrow morning. I get paid well but I just an not wild about giving my weekends away for work.

I haven't liked Vickers since a Texas race about 3 or 4 years ago, so watching him win would have been a bummer. Junior got 3rd, woohoo!!! I was so excited about Junior that I didn't look up Kyle, still don't know where he finished. But Gordon I hear finished 2nd, almost won. This weekend is Bristol, I love Bristol!!!!
I looked at the fun lake pictures!! Looks like fun was had by all :) Brady is a pistol with his water cannon :) i love that!! I'm glad you had some 90 degree temps to play in, looked like the water was nice and cool. The water at Texoma was almost hot. When does it start really cooling off there? We will still be in the 80's in December, bummer.
Sounds like you're going to be busy for the next several weekends :) I always loved having plans and going when the kids were little. They were constantly getting to see or do something new :)

Hi Shannon, Glad that you had a wonderful weekend. It must be fun to be on the boat and enjoy the lake. Growing up I had a great uncle who had a boat and during the summer we would go out on the Long Island Sound and go clamming. It was fun.
Here in NYC we baked on Sunday. It hit 91°F and it was the second time this summer we passed 90. Today is a hot too. The dog days of summer. How are Tom & Brady doing? Shannon, Randy was watching the Nationwide race, you should have seen the ending of it. He called me in the living room, yelling that Vickers and Busch were about to get into it, it was great. Brad Kaslowski won the race because of Vickers and Busch was hot!! After the race he went and verbally went after Vickers, then Vickers climbed out of his car and went after Busch. Some shoving but the officials got them both. It was a great last 3 laps!!

Tornados!! Wow!! I was at the lake most of the day yesterday but I thought the race had been rained out......then today I find out that Johnson won it......................snore!! I having the worse year with racing!!

I almost roasted at the lake, it was soooooooooo hot!! I sat in a lawn chair in the water with the waves rolling up on my feet. I was so relaxed, I could have gone to sleep in a hurry :) I haven't been camping in a while much less with all my brothers and sisters, we had a good time, I sure laughed alot. I have a crazy mixed bag of nuts for a family :) :) Wouldn't have it any other way :)

Hi Shannon, I have Kyleigh in her with me and she's looking at Brady's picture saying 'boy, boy' so cute :) I have a picture of her with her postcard but I haven't uploaded them yet. I post to have it done by tomorrow sometime :) I was at the Ft. Worth Stockyards yesterday, it was sooo hot I got sick but I did manage to take some pictures to post. I had forgotten how great the Stockyards are, everyone visiting Texas should go there. It's like going to Pikes Market in Seattle. You just have to go. Plus Billy Bob's is out there and that place is incredible. They have all the country stars handprints on the walls, so awesome there. I plan on going back in November when it's much cooler. Really it's fantastic out there!!

Hi Shannon: I hope your weekend will have some nice weather so you can get out to enjoy the boat. Yesterday it rained here and only had temps in the 70's. The weekend is expected to have some sun and warm weather. My daughter have tickets to see The Little Mermaid on Broadway tomorrow. It closes next month. The Little Mermaid was the very first movie they was as children in the theater....years ago.
I'm sorry to hear that you best friend had to postpone her wedding due to her job loss. That is so sad. I hope your friends finds a job very soon and her wedding can be back on track.

Yep, I have 2 months left till I sail away, I am getting so excited. Just made my final payment last week. Once I get my documents then I feel it is official. Shannon, don't you have an wedding coming up that is out of town? When is it? Don't forget to take lots of photos.
My mom had her eye surgery last week and she is doing well. Sometime in October she'll have her other eye done. So thankful that is was successful.
We too are having below average temperatures in NYC. It is in the low 80's but I really don't mind. I just hope this doesn't mean we will have a colder winter than normal. I really hate the cold. Shannon, are you farther north than Albany? If so you are way upstate. I have a cousin in Albany and my husband has relatives in Buffalo. But we have never met the relatives from Buffalo. When you stop and think about N.y. state is pretty big.
Anyway have to run. By the way I'm loving your Family page too. great job.

Good morning Shannon....How are you doing today? How is MR. MOM a.k.a. Tom and Brady? How was the Hot Rod Car show? Did you all enjoy it? Little boys and their cars they just love that stuff. I am happy that Brady is enjoying having daddy around and that at least Tom is receiving some money till November and that you still have health insurance till Dec. That is VERY important. But of course this is a tough time and Tom will very soon need to get on the ball and find work. And God willing he will find something soon. I don't know about upstate N.Y., but down here it is tough. Some people I know have been looking for over 6 months. And that has got to hurt. How is Tom doing? Any news on the job search? Victoria is still sending out resumes about 60 or so. She has 4 interviews altogether and still waiting if she gets any call backs to the next level of interviews. This really stinks. I hope Tom finds work very soon. Keep me posted.

Hi Shannon. Stoppin in to visit. It has been a while and I wanted to take a look around and see what's going on with you. Did you guys have a good father's day weekend with your hubby. I read on Joanne's page about what to visit in your area. I know that you are upnorth by New York. I've visited the beach in New Jersey and it was beautiful. It was the summer before my senior year and that was when the towers were still standing. I have photos of them. Loved it there. Have a great day!

Hey girl....Ok, I made myself get out of bed to visit everyone since I have been SO bad. Mason had the flu a couple days last week. Of course I got the cold part. Daddy is 4 wheeling in KY until Mon late. So, It's been ALL me! Been swimming everyday the water was 87 degrees when I looked tonight. WOW...too bad the skeeters are so bad. WooHoo!! You're alone this weekend, that can be a blessing! They were huge, like the size of dinner plates!! She cut one and gave it to me before I left, it's beautiful :)

Shannon I love Brady's car collection, that is sooooo cool :) I still have some of Nick and Rider's little cars :) Brady is adorable, love all his pictures :) The boating looked like a ton of fun :) and lots of scenery, way cool :) I'm thinking about going camping at ake Texoma sometime time this summer :) I'm not a fan of the heat but it's always different near water. Headed to Galveston this weekend, can't wait!!
Gordon got second yesterday, I screamed for joy when Johnson ran outta gas!! Jumped out of my chair and whooped it up!! Junior and Kyle came in 13th and 14th so that kinda was a bummer :(
Can't wait to see your fridge pictures :) we are having too much fun with it :) Joanne's fridge has a ton of magnets on it, I was impressed :) Still think it's funny that Tom doesn't get it :) LOL!!

Hey Shannon......I am up and moving around a bit today. Feeling good. My honey created an 'outdoor living room' for me so that I could enjoy the sunshine and it has definitely improved my spirits. Dr. says to plan for 12 weeks so it is not looking too hopeful that I will be doing any waterskiing this year...but I do plan to be a little adventurous and get out to the boat sometime soon.
As soon as I am off the meds, I am going to start working on a few albums...that should keep me busy. I am reading that you just completed an album for Tom. Can't wait to see! (And btw...tell Tom that it is a GOOD thing that we are all so easily amused! If fridge shots make us happy...they should consider themselves lucky! hehehehehe)
Go for a ride on that boat for me! And of course, take pics!

Yes my mom is going to have the surgery in July and I am happy to hear that your gram's surgery was a success. That is comforting to hear.

How you guys doing? For some reason you have been in my thoughts the last couple days! So sorry I've been such a bad pal lately. Kids hate to stay inside during the day and I can't let them go out by their self. I thought about locking them in the playroom but...hahah...just kidding. Ok, I had dbl bad luck today. 10 a.m I looked up and their my Eagle (as Mason says "Bald Eagle...Bald like Daddy" Anyway, ok, so camera in house me outside. THEN....around 7 pm I'm taking flower photos...I look up and see him flying LOW over the neighbors grass...by this time...Pine trees are hiding him..I run...then a Maple tree is in the way. No shot AGAIN. So, my neighbor tells me...Oh ya, the Bald Eagle was in our back yard about 30 min ago. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? ok, no laughing. LOL and MiSS YOU BUNCHES. I will be back to comment on your photos maybe tomorrow night. Going to site visit then order some photos from the fly. My free ones!

Hi Shannon, Hope you are doing okay and that today wasn't that bad. I read your message regarding job losses. And I can understand your angry. Whether it is out sourcing or downsizing the situation STINKS. And the reasoning behind saving money doesn't make sense. Victoria was a bit down today. She is upset that with about 2 dozen resumes sent out no one has called for an interview except one company. And now it is a waiting game to see if she gets a another interview. They were interviewing about 8 people. So when I went with Victoria to a job fair today I then treated her to lunch and a mini shopping spree. Just to lift her spirits a little. Tomorrow she has another job fair in Manhattan and she is having lunch with her former co-workers who she still keeps in touch with. Maybe I can see her smile when she gets home. What is Tom's next move? Are companies in your area hiring or is the job market bleak in upstate New York? I wish you and your family many blessing and I will keep you in my prayers.
We shall never give up and we must look ahead to brighter days ahead. Have a great evening. Take care.

Loved all the comments Shannon :) That was a jellyfish in the one picture and the little boy in the kite pictures....well we don't know who he is, he kinda just showed up and played with us for a while. I asked where his parents were and he said he didn't know. So I started looking around, when I came back he was gone. Sure hope his parents have him.

Shannon Thanks for dropping by. My daughter had 1 interview this week and a job fair. Now it is the waiting game. How is your husband doing? What type of work does he do? What company did he work for? At my daughter's company they laid off about 150 employees. Did Tom's company lay off many people. This news about people losing their jobs make me want to scream. But we must believe that there will be brighter days ahead and everyone will find a job soon.

Yea the Galveston thing is my husbands deal but I'm always up for a photo opportunity :) He'll be on the guide boat most of the day so I'll have all day Saturday to roam around and check things out. Hoping for the best.

Hey Shannon, I love your header on home page - summer is here. Finally! I'm so sorry to hear of your husbands job. Frustrating times but like Lisa said when one door closes, another one opens and hopefully this one will be much better. Its been a tough economy for everyone, just so sorry it happened to you guys too. Did a lot in his company lose their jobs?

Shannon I'm so sorry to hear about Tom's job, it just makes me ill for you. Does he have any ideas up his sleeve? 30 days could end up being enough time to find something new. I sure hope this is the closing of a door and the opening of something bigger and better. Ya'll will be in my prayers and my thoughts, praying for a speedy resolution to this.

Hey there Shannon. You asked about bears. No bears at Texoma but when we go to Arkansas there has been bear sightings. My mother in law really wants to see one when we go camping. I don't. I would not know how to react. I would probably see it and take off running leaving everyone behind. :) We have twenty six acres in Arkansas and it is pretty much the side of a mountain for Jason to go hunting. Maybe one day he will see a bear. There is live creek running thru it so there is a good possibility. Have a great day.

Hi Shannon, Thanks for taking a look at my Garden pictures and leaving a few comments. Last time i went to see the Rockettes I was a child. Many moons ago. But I do know that they always put on an amazing show. Did you know that when I was a child and I went to radio City Music Hall they would not only have a live show with the Rockettes but you also saw a movie. Back in the good old days. Shannon I'm very happy to hear that Brady like his postcard, too fun :) I loved mail when I was little. Your trip sounds like it was a good one :) I was supposed to go to NY for a meeting and found out today that it's a no go. Looks like I'm going to San Francisco in November. We'll see, I might just pick a weekend and fly to NY on my own, gotta see that Statue of Liberty :)
It was a good thing you didn't watch the race because I don't think you would have enjoyed watching Gordon spin out, pure treat for me though :) It was a great race, I wish they were all like that :)

Hi Shannon, the picture of Nick with the boat was all about Nick :) He told me he was gonna get one of those boats then asked me to take his picture with it, he never does that so I was happy to take his picture. If we got that boat we'd have to live in it because I can't afford a house and a boat like that :) I thought you comment on the Polar bear was funny because I said the same thing....wonder why we have a polar bear in this exhibit :) I still have not gotten Nick to get over his switch to being a Gordon fan.........I'm gonna need counseling!! Hi Shannon, Just read your comment about you visit to Conn and NYC. And you want to ride the ferry. Here is the info regarding the ferry. On weekends it run about every half hour and the complete ride takes almost 30 minutes from Manhattan to Staten Island. The ride is FREE and there is plenty of room. Hundreds of people are always riding from and to Manhattan.
I actually rode the ferry about a month ago when I came into the city to spend the day & visit Central Park. I have a few photos posted on my gallery site under Recent Pictures. And yes the weather this weekend it supposed to be warm and partly sunny. Maybe rain on Sunday. Have a wonderful time and take lots of photos.

Hi Shannon, thanks for the comments on the bullfrog, that thing was huge! I made Rider hold it for most of the pictures because you couldn't get idea of how big he was until Rider put him in his hand. That bullfrog meant business he was all puffed up and croaking. I was glad Rider took him back outside :)

I laughed my tail off at the comments on the Caribbean pictures, yep I slept in that bunk :) I didn't mind it at all. The waters got pretty rough one night and I was thrown up against the rails a hundred times. Thought I was gonna fly out but the ceiling and rails kept me safe in bed. Our room was in the front of the boat I believe right above the servant quarters, deep in the bowels of the boat :) It was a fun trip though.

Shannon, the race was so awesome at the end. It was a treat to watch, especially when Edwards took a flying leap (glad he wasn't hurt though) Don't tell my sister in law I said that :) I know you were busy and maybe didn't get to see the race so I hope you weren't too bummed when Gordon was taken out so fast. I felt sorry for him because he had the retro paint job on the car. No one saw it because he was out like on lap 3 or something insane like that.

I put my camera on a high ISO for the night pictures at the Relay and then when we went to the Bluebird contest yesterday at 2p in the very bright afternoon I forgot to change it back and most of them are so over exposed it's sick. Gosh I was so upset with myself!! I fixed it but too late. Kyleigh got a trophy for the Queen's Court (a thank you for participating trophy :) but it was fun. She was way to busy running around to even consider standing still for the contest :) I love that about her.

Well Shannon, Gordon almost pulled it off, I was actually pulling for him because he was in Chevy :) and Busch had nothing to challenge Gordon or Kenseth with. I thought the race was a little boring, not enough action. Of course my driver lost a motor and Harvick lost a tire so the only guy I had on the track at the end was Busch. I loved the Jr interview by DW, he was so honest and I love that :)

Hi Shannon, Thanks for all the birthday wishes on the FB and my share site. Too fun. My shutter pals made my day. It was a good birthday full of little surprises and I had to take pictures of my flowers to share with everyone, a little funshine :) I didn't really dance on my desk but I did dance around all day. I love 'Bringing Sexy Back' by Justine Timberlake, that whole CD is good :) It always gets my butt shaking and that's no small body part on me :) Watch out, step back she's dancing :)

Hey Shannnon - Great to hear from you and it's fabulous to keep up with you on FB as well. I just saw Lisa's note and I believe I saw on FB that you are a Jeff Gordon fan (boo hiss)...LOL. Actually, my guy is Jamie McMurray, but my 2nd is Jimmie. I told Lisa to seek mental therapy for being a Kyle fan. My husband is a Matt Kenseth/Greg Biffle fan so we talk lots of smack between us. Hi Shannon, thanks for stopping by. I did manage to see some of the race as I dozed. I was thrilled to see my driver taken out with three laps to go. Who do you cheer for? I cheer for Junior, then Kyle Busch (I know everyone else can't stand him :) then Kevin Harvick who did win the Shootout so that was fun. I will definitely be into the 125's. I can't stand that I miss stuff because of.........work for goodness sake :) My birthday is close to the Daytona race every year. For years we had big Daytona parties, it was hilarious fun smack talking each other. I would love to see a Daytona race just so I can one experience there, it would very fun. Love my racing!!! Let me know who your drivers are and I'll put something on my NASCAR page sooo that the smack talk can begin. Julie's husband is a fan and she was dragged in kicking and screaming (her words) and is now a Jimmie Johnson fan, I told her if she took Tylenol that feeling would go away :)

Hey there...Been busy looking for papers for the new book..you know me..I'll change it 10 times before I'm happy. Yes Mason and I had the flu for 10 days straight...it was horrible! I think he went through 3 changes a clothes a day. (Have you been there done that?) No fun! Now the flu has changed into colds... My noise is killin me! Did you complete your big wknd? Sounded like you were going to be busy busy busy! Talked to Lisa for a sec yesterday. She has the flu. I promised her I did not send her a computer virus. (My husband said I was a geek!) hahaha...I'm busy doing tax stuff right now...guess I should get back to it for a bit..no fun either!

Good afternoon Shannon, How are things coming along? Hope everyone is well. I spent some time outdoors today since it was warmer and it was a welcome feeling to just get out and not need a hat, gloves, scarf, etc.

Hey there...Well, i'm doing a tiny bit better...Mason still has..well, you know...I think I will have to make a diaper run tomorrow. Alyssa said alittle bit ago..."Mommy, Mason just made a noise that sounded like shuuuuuzzzzzz" I think he pooped his pants. So, needless to say...Life has been yucky here this wk! I showed Alyssa her book, (Can't remember if I told you) But as she is looking through it she said "I don't like that picture, we need to change it!" (Can you imagine what she is going to be like at 13?)
Hopefully you don't get anymore snow to add to your 200 inches! I think its suppose to snow here again next wk. Thank you for your comments on my book. The only way I was able to get so many photo's of my husband and I was because of the Disney Photopass. Normally when we go it's all about the kids. I take literally 1000s. This trip was about US so I wanted to make sure I got plenty of photo's of the two of us. Everytime we saw a photopass photographer we took a picture. I also scheduled a portrait session at the Grand Floridian hence the more formal photos. It was worth the $100.00 for over 1,000 picture once I added all the borders. Hi Shannon, That page is a result of the massive reorganizing I did last week. I thought gosh I've at a ton of Nascar pictures I should make a page. I have many, many more but I would have to scan them. I've been going to the races for 13 or 14 years now, but I've been watching and a fan my whole life. I started watching Dale Jr since the year before he started the Busch Series. I thought that kid is gonna be good and he is.
I love sprint cars too. We met Tony Stewart at an Outlaw race in the Devils Bowl about 6 or 7 years ago. That's so cool you dad raced. My son, Rider started racing go-karts when he was 7, he placed 9th in the Nationals in 2000. He won at the Tulsa Shootout too. When he was 14 we moved him into a mini-stock car and he did really well. He raced until he was 17, he was in the SIMS Series at that time. Money became a big issue. He races for other drivers on occassion now and looks for ways to make a career out of it. It's a hard field, he's a great driver but doesn't have money and unfortunately if you want to make it to the big leagues you need money or someone that has money.
Loved hearing about your dad and the racing, that is sooo cool. Brady will have a great source of knowledge in him if he does start racing.

I went thru and organized all my pictures and albums in shutterfly and it was a beating. I had them all out of order from when I originally set up my site. Now I can find pictures without searching for an hour.

I think once you figure out the adobe you will love it. It took me about 2-3 wks before I tried my first page. (The collage's are easy in adobe...click and drag like on shutterfly) but the scrapping is a bit harder....email me at
m5087@sbcglobal.net and i'll give you my telephone number. I don't have all the answers but have some. (I've also emailed Ann Abbott a few times for help) The shabbyshope has a good video to watch...And I'm sure your hubby can help you SOO much!!!! Shoot..maybe he could design some pages for you???!!! Now that would bee too cool! But yes, I think its tricky getting started. (or at least I thought it was)

We had a wonderful time traveling here and there, Miss Kyleigh had a grand time opening her presents. Ref the scrapbooking. I read for weeks before I started (and still have so many questions) I have adobe photoshop elements 6 that I bought over the summer so that's what I've been using. I did also buy a cheap program the other day but havn't loaded it yet. (Scrapbook factory- got 15.00 off then a mail in for 10.) so I think it made it like 10.00. Anyway, then I read some sites (good one on shabbyprincess.com, lots of free downloads there and there's also lots of free downloads on shutterfly's digital area. I wish I could afford Adobes Creative suites. I saw some older ones on ebay but I think i'd rather have a lens. hahahaha...I would say though, and if anyone out there reading this has other thought's I welcome them. But I think adobe photoshop elements would meet your needs perfect. (oh and I also bought a couple of cheap books off of amazon that came with CD's/ I havn't downloaded them yet either.) Ok, better run, gotta go to Lisa's page and say hello to her....

Thanks for stopping by again, yes some of my most blurred shots turned out great so I experimented. You may have tried this, but play around with the f-stop as you change the shutter speed; I have used anywhere from 1-5 seconds depending upon the darkness. Then, jiggle the camera, or move it around but if you are feeling really wild and adventurous, throw the camera in the air (only good if you have a smallish camera) and catch it (that part is really important !). I have a zoom lens, so I will zoom in and out and jiggle in the 1-3 seconds. This time of year is great to do this because you can take pictures of houses that are adorned with Christmas lights. Have fun, would love to see your results !

Hello there!! Havn't checked in for awhile and thought i'd say hello! I had to flu Fri and Sat so was not up to playing on the computer. I thought I would have time to play around on my site, visit other sites but Miss Kyleigh had me running most of the time. We took her to see Santa at Bass Pro Shop and it was sooo fun. She was happy, giggly and just cute as a bug until we sat her in Santa's lap. She would not smile, nope, no smiling but she didn't cry, so that's good. She smiled all the way home though, little stinker!! I did add a page to my site and more pictures, let me know what you think :)

I have a list of sites that I plan on posting to my site as favorties to visit but I haven't made that section yet. Yours is definitely on the list :)
I am a fan of everything, just everything. I can get excited over the artful Starbucks gift cards I have. So I love all the stuff you have on your site, especially the travel pictures.
