We are back to Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning!  5:30am-6:45am!  Still here 11:45-12:15pm M/W/F. As well as Saturday 7:30-8:45am.

Open swim times are extra pool time still includes Monday and Wednesday evenings 7:15pm-8:30pm, Saturday 4-5:30pm and Sunday 1-4pm every week check the school dyna cal calandar for up to date calandar changes!

Make sure you remember we will have to move to Monday Tuesday and Thursday mornings beginning Oct 31st!

Monday 5:15am -6:30am we will split the pool with the Varsity practice for 30 minutes

Tuesday 5:30am -6:45am

Thursday 5:30am - 6:45am

M/W/F remains 11:30-12:45

Saturday 7:30-8:45am

Please filll out both the ZAM and the USMS form.  We need the USMS form signed before you may practice with the group.  There is a 30 grace period before you must sign up with USMS.

We have added several new members!  We are up to 21 USMS registered Members! With several trying out the team, we hope to see them commit soon.  There are many different levels; Open Water champions, Marathon Swimmers, TriAthletes, fitness swimmers as well as the brave new swimmers!  All levels are welcome.

We started strong this morning with 9 members swimming at the 5:30am practice!  Everyone worked hard and pushed themselves.  Great job to veterans as well as new members!
